「I didn't book the all inclusive pkg, but 1 day was raining so I tried to just pay as I went but talked into pre authorizing 4000 pesos, I had the breakfast buffet and later tried to get a couple of drinks from the pool bar, was told no, went to the front desk, she called and said I'm good to go. I went back to the pool bar and was denied again, then I settled/cancelled my pre auth, paid for the breakfast(475 pesos and not worth it no fruit at the buffet) I was embarrassed and annoyed and left,...
