"I was so impressed with my stay! It was so clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. The only down side i can think of is that the resort is about 30 min from the hotel zone but there’s plenty to do on the resort so that didn’t matter much anyways. They have shows and activities going on all day and night i had a blast!"

Wish they had more breakfast options than just the buffet. Beach is gorgeous. Housekeeping is amazing and hard working. We always walked into a clean room and loved the nightly turn down service."

"We stayed at Privileges Aluxes in April 2025, and I would highly recommend staying there. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, the grounds around the pool were beautifully kept and the beach was incredible! We went with the all inclusive option - the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food was good, as can be expected for a buffet catering to lots of people. The pool and beach restaurants were excellent, food was hot and arrived quickly. Sabor restaurant was wonderful, I highly recommend their Tiramisu! Satay was amazing, but their service was slow - it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees after our appetizers. The only negative that really bothered me about this resort was when we tried booking a boat tour through the hotel. We wanted a glass bottom boat specifically and the worker booking tours tried selling us on a sunset boat ride and told us there was no glass bottom boat tour on the island and we would have to go to Cancun. I understand trying to promote the tours your hotel is offering, but this was blatantly lying to guests. We had looked into these boats prior to arriving, so the next day we booked an incredible glass bottom boat tour a few blocks away from the resort. Overall, it's a well maintained, high quality resort and you can tell the staff take pride in their work!"

"If you are a couple looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation, this is the resort for you! I’ve stayed at other Excellence resorts (in Playa Mujeres and Riviera Cancún), and this one by far was the most chill. Service was great! Oscar on the beach kept the food and drinks coming as needed and Marisol ensured that there were FUN, daily activities for those who wanted a little more! (Although we did not receive our hat for winning the guacamole championship!) - overall, we had a great time! It was clean, quiet and the food was really very good. "
