「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Communication with the host was wonderful, beautiful and clean! I got the balcony room and it was absolutely gorgeous, I will definitely be coming back. Also this hotel is near a bunch of restaurants and bars, el morro is only 10 min walk and parking lot was only 7 mins. I definitely recommend this stay if you’re looking for a beautiful aesthetically pleasing stay, great for pictures!」

「Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly.」

「Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....

「Good location but the worst facilities. It was frozen at night, the elevator didn’t work, noisy room without windows, no phone no chair, no water to drink horrible experience.」

I wish I could remember the name of the person that helped us, but he actually walked over from the office to open the door cause we were not understanding how the second door opened, which was simple, but he came and walked us through process. Friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and go again 😊」

「New, chic, boutique hotel on quiet street but blocks from wide range of restaurants/bars (cuisine- and price-wise) and the beach. Immaculately clean room and property, sweet, attentive staff--even walked me up the block to point out where I could find the nearest pharmacy when I asked for directions to any nearby. Delicious, fresh array of fruit and juices in the mornings (plus cheeses, meats, granola, breads). Rooftop outdoor lounge area and indoor bar area. No view from my room--faced a...
