「总的来说酒店还是不错的。非常好的是室内就有温泉，公共温泉区域人很少。此外酒店非常有底蕴，看着就知道格调非常好。设施相对比较老一些，也是在预料之中。位置的好搭乘 Bus 可以轻松到达，坐登山火车 10 mins 之内可以到达。如果第二天到箱根车站坐车记得预留时间。」

「The staff were incredibly friendly, spoke English, and explained everything about staying in a ryokan. The room was beautiful and spotless. The food was impeccable. The baths were clean and stocked with products. I truly couldn't recommend this ryokan more. It's a hidden gem. Pro tip: do NOT walk there. The hill is killer - take the cable car. 」

「服務人員都很親切，衛生管理也做得很齊全，交通方面因為疫情關係，暫時只有根府川的接駁車，比較有一點點的不方便，不然飯店接駁很方便。 房間因為當天下大雨颳風，所以邊角的房間的外面水管聲音比較吵，之後加價換了另一種房型就安靜了，希望之後邊角房間方面可以改善聲音問題。 床睡起來很舒服，但枕頭有點薄，比較可惜。 服務親切而且溫泉真的很舒服，之後有機會會想再次入住。」

「It was a pleasant surprise arriving at Miss Morgan hotel, being treated kindly by staff and the room was lovely. I liked all the details and thought put into designing the room, the bathroom was so nice with the extra amenities and the bed and its linen was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave. I appreciate the little bonuses of coffee selection and bath salts on my room's floor, and also the breakfast pastries in the morning. I hope I can stay here again!」
