I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
「This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Residence and it was very comfortable, clean, spacious & safe both times.
Keep in mind it is a student residence and you will see some wear from previous tenants but overall it is very well kept.」
