The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! "
