「I loved this hotel, and the staff are truly on another level. They couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, assisting with everything from airport transfers to finishing my laundry late at night.
The location is good, and the room is excellent: spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and everything feels new. The bed was made and towels were changed daily. The laundry room on the top floor is free and available 24/7, which is a huge plus.
The only minor inconvenience is the entrance...

「I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night.
I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside.
Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep.
Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away.
I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!」
