「Both the bedroom and ensuite were very clean. People were helpful and friendly. Within walking distance of shops, supermarket and several restaurants. The place was built several hundred years ago so has plenty of beautiful features in the pub.」

「Had a brilliant stay at The Blacksmiths Arms! 🏡 From start to finish, the team were so welcoming, and the evening meal was absolutely superb. The room was spotless, comfortable, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was lovely — I was very tempted by the cooked option, but time wasn’t on my side this morning! ⏰🍳 As a solo female traveller with a dog, this has been one of my best stays yet. As customer of the hotel, we can buy £10 worth of coupon at £7.5 and the coupon can be used at nearby restaurant. The family room is also spacious, though the nearby gas station charges comparatively higher than other gas station 」

「Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. 」

「Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!」
