「Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault. We’re already booked in for next year!」

「Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. 」

「The room was beautiful!! It’s recently been done apparently, and there was a lovely hamper and fridge with food and drinks included. The only issue was the shower wasn’t amazing and was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise staff super lovely to and great pub! Highley recommend - Lauren 」

「This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

「We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. 「This is our go to hotel in Rye now and as usual we had a lovely stay. What stands out is the staff here. The guy on reception is always so friendly and welcoming and the guy at breakfast was really helpful, I wish I knew their names. Our room was decorated really nice, a very comfortable bed and lots of teas and coffee to choose from. We will be back thank you! 」
