Lovely property. Wonderful breakfast. Very nicely located for visiting all the local highlights. Very clean. My only small complaint would be the check-in process when you have to wait till exactly 3 o’clock for someone to come in and check you in

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and the sausages and bacon excellent. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. The complementary cheese and biscuits during happy hour was a really nice touch. Unfortunately the decorative condition of our room let the hotel down as did the condition of the shared areas, such a shame.

I had a lovely stay at the Hope Anchor. The hotel is in a good spot, in a quiet but central location with a nice view over the town and countryside. The room was a good size with a good view outside. It’s a historic hotel, which adds to the atmosphere. The bathroom was large and modern. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I had a lovely short stay there in Rye.
