Property was nice and clean, we are family of 4, very spacious room, plenty of comfy pillows and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and plenty of towels. Front desk staff Andrew exceptionally helpful with his smiley 😊 greating. Very close to Dover ferry port (40min).7 Only down side was, the heating in the room wasn't heating enough, as we only stayed 1 night, we managed it.

Plenty of parking. Large comfortable room. Lovely welcome from the staff. Extractor fan in bathroom really loud and plug hole definitely needed some drain unblocker as was standing in water when I had a shower. However the staff were very receptive when I informed them and said that they would notify housekeeping. Would stay again

This is the second time we’ve chosen this hotel, and we’ll keep coming back whenever we travel to the UK by car. I find the mattress very comfortable, the breakfast includes vegetarian options, and it’s not expensive at all.
