「The staff was by far the absolute best Allison was so kind and helpful. The rooms were much smaller in person than I expected but it's hard to judge by pictures. The rooms were very clean and the check in process wasn't complicated. Again, the STAFF was AMAZING!」

「The properties were beautiful. The only complaint we would have is that with 3 bedrooms 2 adults and 2 teenagers 1 bathroom and the only mirror in the cottage - none in the bedrooms- made it time consuming to dry hair etc. otherwise no complaints!」

「Although this is priced at a high end resort, there is nothing high end about it. Needs a lot of updating. Our room was very much in need of some deep cleaning and updating. We stayed on the 5th floor which smelled of pot the whole stay. Housekeeping was ok but very inconsistent. There is absolutely no beach to go swimming and the water was littered very badly. When I arrived in person to the lobby, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get attended because the receptionist was sitting in her car while there was two people waiting in line.
