「The shower room has some smell probably due to poor drainage. The bedsheet was not clean so we have to sleep on a one off bedsheet we brought over from home. Overall the quality of the room doesn’t meet with the price」

「We are a group of 6 and had 3 nights stay with casa de las artes, overall the stay was amazing, we loved the breakfast buffet and the food varieties is good. We took many nice photos at the marche stairs」

「Excellent location. Beds comfortable. Room well maintained with nice balcony overloooking pedestrian street. Now room is bright (not as dark per previous reviews) which I am especially happy about. 」

「这个酒店特别旧，地板和柜子看着都挺脏的。楼道里到处都有楼梯，如果带着大行李就很不方便。酒店的位置还比较好。」

「Good location and friendly services.」

「Poor service, took hours to deliver serval items. air con not working at the beginning, needed to call to activate. But nice location and interior design. 」

「There’s just a little problem with toilet, it constantly leaks. Overall, we have a very good stay in Casual Madrid del Teatro. Stuff is great and friendly. 」

「Great location, clean room. Negative: Very small room for the price. dark without natural light, window with no view, only to small enclosed central air shaft. No storage space for suitcases and clothes. In room Safe required coins」

「Such a charming and artistic little gem right in the heart of Madrid! The location is fantastic, with so many attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The place was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to explore Madrid and enjoy everything the city has to offer!」
