Hotel Urban is a fantastic hotel! Walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum. Upscale, chic & clean. Most importantly the staff is absolutely amazing, Lydia and Lydia were super friendly and helpful. Sadly I only stayed one night but will be back, in the future.

Hotel Urban is the coolest, most comfortable, cleanest place ever. Super service I mean totally out of anything ordinary! Highly reccommended!! Also super great location!!

Staff was excellent… prompt and friendly service and the staff always greeted you. Location was perfect for our needs. Didn’t have a chance to try the spa or rooftop but will return to Madrid and stay at this location. Thank you for making a special trip even more enjoyable

Hotel looked lovely, service was great. However very disappointed they didn’t open roof top pool until day we left considering it was 34 degrees outside. Room was very small and noisy being on level 1, and the TV would not connect and work.
