「I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.」

「The room was run down and dreary looking. They must be trying to cover something up because the smell of deodorizer was overwhelming. We had to check out and find another place to stay. My allergies were going crazy in that room. The front desk guy was very nice and understanding about the situation.」

「The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again.」
