The room was fantastic. Great location. Breakfast was excellent!! Mimi, the innkeeper, was gracious and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Truly enjoyed my stay.
The room was spotless and Ryan was very efficient with getting back with me when I had questions regarding parking or anything and he was very helpful because I was a late check in
Everything in the mansion is gorgeous. Mimi, the housekeeper, is so very friendly and welcoming. She does a great job explaining the history of the mansion and making you feel at home.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the historic Pepin Mansion. Ron accommodated our special requests and a great host..
We stayed in the Marilyn suite. Very nice room which had a separate room to relax in the couch and watch TV. The owner was present, courteous and personable. Provided history of the home as well as New Albany. Enjoyable stay.

Great ambiance, walkable neighborhood, fantastic restaurants within 15 min stroll. Hospitable owner who cooks delicious breakfast. I'll probably be back again.
Our suite was huge and beautiful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The owner was covering for an ill innkeeper so we got to hear a lot of history of the mansion and the area; very interesting!
If we’re in the area again, we’ll stay there for sure.
The Pepin was fantastic! The staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were incredible and comfortable. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. A true sit down breakfast. If I could give the Pepin more than 5 stars I would!
Ryan was a great host. The breakfast was outstanding! The area was walkable and quiet. The only drawback was having the private bathroom downstairs while the room was upstairs.
Amazing place to stay, excellent atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the beds are wo comfortable, it is so quiet and peaceful, and the town is wonderful. This was my second stay and it will definitely will not be my last. Why would anyone stay at a commercial hotel instead of a genuinely clean, comfortable, and secure place like this with just a few guests between 4 rooms?
Friendly host, spacious period rooms, good morning coffee and baked goods. The difficult retrofit of this mid-19th century home required locating some undersized private baths one level below the corresponding bedrooms, which is quite awkward. But the reasonable room pricing seems to take this into account.
The Pepin Mansion was even more beautiful in person. This is such a classic & iconic bed and breakfast. My room was stunning. The food for breakfast was fantastic. And the staff was so friendly. I could not recommend this place more.
