"We enjoyed everything about Hotel Zachary - the location right across the street from Wrigley Field, the neighborhood, the room, the staff, the 2nd floor bar and gathering space, the bagel shop on the first floor. "

"Stayed just one night here with my mother, daughter, and her friend so my daughter and her friend could attend a concert nearby. Was super happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, the comfort of the beds, and the kind staff. Only minor complaint would be that the doors slam throughout which could be a little frustrating if you are a light sleeper and the parking garage is a little tight and could be really bad for someone with a low to ground car due to the super steep entrance/exit ramp. Lastly, I was under the impression that there was a bar/restaurant on site. Unfortunately, there is only the dining area for the paid breakfast or dinner. Aside from those few minor things, I would highly recommend this place. I will be returning in the summer as it's nice and close to the shore and beaches too. "

"Bathroom was awkward. Door opened into shower which made stool awkward. Shower was slighly narrow. Show was nice but narrow. "

"We used Valet Parking. The only issue I had was the way the designed the lighting in the room. One switch for all the lights. The staff were professional and its a really cute hotel. I would return."

"The general manager is probably needs needs a lot of work on personality disorder. Extremely unfriendly stay there over a month never once said hello to me The Management team there was wonderful except for him"

"Well when I arrived it was a nice atmosphere and the front desk was friendly. I had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room we unpacked the beds were clean and the room seems to be in order even though it was alittle bit outdated. Turn down service didn't really happen. I had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels our second day. The beds left alot to be desired. The tvs were old. The bathroom needs a fan so that there is airflow because they had mold problems. The pillows were surprisingly comfy. The beds were the wrong size. They gave us a room with two full beds not two queens. "

"The hotel is great, reasonably priced, bed is super comfortable, but the construction on the fifth floor started too early in the morning and though I finally had an opportunity to sleep in, the hammering started and drilled etc at 6 am."
