"We stayed at this gem of a pub on the way to Scotland. The staff are all super friendly and helpful too. The pub has excellent quality food and wines too. "This was a fantastic find for an overnight stay on our way to Glasgow, wish we could have stayed longer and explored the lake and surrounding areas. The bar and restaurant were very good and the couple who were managing the pub at the time of our stay were excellent hosts. There is plenty of parking and this very old pub has very modern rooms. Would defiantly recommend and stay again. "

"North Lakes Hotel & Spa is a beautiful facility with lush green gardens. Who would have thought I’d be wishing for an air conditioned room in May! The rotating fan did help a little but my room still felt humid and stuffy. Also the toilets appear to have been upgraded but holding the button in to flush is difficult. Overall NLH&S is a beautiful facility with great service and friendly welcoming staff. I would definitely stay again but during cooler weather. "
