Stayed in the cottage - went with our two kids to do our wedding vow renewal (married there in 2004) so it was a very special trip for us. Only stayed one night but the cottage was incredible - so beautiful, clean and comfy. We could easily have stayed there for a week. Restaurant was ok, nothing special but it wasn't bad. Breakfast food included was mid but that's ok with us too. Will definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at Gretna Green Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gretna Green and would happily stay here again.

Great stop over. Family rooms well set up and comfortable. Breakfast staff were excellent and food was great. Only one small issue that carpet in room hadn’t been cleaned properly and found used tissues and fruit shoots bottles in and under the lower bunk but bathroom was spotless so probably just missed.

We stayed in a 1-bedroom cottage. The space was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. However the sofa bed was very small (only just big enough for 2 young kids) and very uncomfortable. And the room really needed a deep clean, all the corners were dusty and the carpet had hair in it. Plenty of parking, nice breakfast and helpful staff. We probably would stay again depending on the price, just manage our expectations. We enjoyed Gretna village, for families the playpark was just a short walk away and really excellent, we also enjoyed the maze.
