「Room was disappointedly dirty and the bed (although comfortable), squeaked loudly every time you moved. Breakfast was equally bad; the French Toast could have been used as a hockey puck it was so hard - broke my plastic fork trying to cut it!」

「Good location and close proximity to everything. The staff was very nice upon checking in and always greeted us when we were coming and going. The hotel is definitely not new and needs a bit of updates but it was comfortable, quiet and convenient. The make your own apple cinnamon waffle on the continental breakfast was delicious.」

「YOU’LL never see me stay there again. No elevator!!! It smells so badly!! I can’t even describe the smell to you, at least not without making myself gag. As soon as you pull up to the property you'll see that there’s a huge chunk of the roof torn off, where a big rig must’ve hit the roof and ripped it off.. It’s sitting on the side by the front door you’ll see it when you walk-in if you don’t trip over it Everything was dirty. My room was dirty. My sheets were stained. My towels were...

「Front desk night time attendant helpful. Room not clean at all (and looks like it was never cleaned). Stains on bathroom floor, walls, bed sheets, and curtains. Floors not clean, smelled badly of cigarette smoke (even though it was a “non smoking” room). Would not stay here again」

「This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. 」
