「Clean room was great, breakfast was great」

「Room had a stuffy stink to it. Smells like old socks. Verifying room reservation was impossible through third party and hotel.」

「We ended up having to get another hotel due to the poor quality and just ate the cost. Front desk literally told us “we can’t control bugs in the room, and it wasn’t a refundable issue.”」

「Dirty. Blanket smelled bad. Floor needed vacuuming. Bathroom floor needed mopping. Saw some beetles. Chair ripped. Stayed a few days, and they never took care of trash. Friendly and helpful staff when asked for help.」

「Outstanding value for money. This hotel easily beats the competition with its superior breakfast spread and a fantastic saltwater pool that stays open late. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again!」

「It was a nice property and the staff were great. However, the carpets were disgusting. They needed cleaned badly. This made the room feel unclean but it wasn’t. Hopefully they get them cleaned soon.」

「On the second day, the staff was so rude, i kept waiting and waiting while she was on the phone casually talking and I know it was not business related. They told me they were out of towels on the third day. On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. And by night time when I called the receptionist, he said, oh its because my room was not on their list. I will never book this type of place ever again」

「A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.」

「Value for money. However if you want to sleep in late, be careful about this choice as lots of guests are migrant workers and they get up early to get ready for work. Their trucks can be loud.」
