「Check in was problematic. I used this third party booking service and the hotel claimed they didn't have the reservation despite my confirmation number so they recharged me for a night separately; now I have contacted Expedis and the hotel, who both will not talk to each other sufficiently despite my evidence of two receipts. So now I am out two nights and I'm still awaiting resolution. Who will stand in the gap for the customer?? Certainly not Hollywood Resort Casino nor in this case Expedia.」
