We didn't see or use a bar. The air conditioning worked great but, we had to turn it off and turn on the heat as it was cool at night. The room was clean and the staff especially in the morning was very friendly and knowledgeable about where we had to go.

Good for a quick one night stay when traveling

Service was great but the hotel is old. It is as clean as it can be for the age of it in the room. Our only big complaint was the smell, carpet may be old or wet from the AC. Overall not bad for a quick stay

Sketchy Slidell

Although the room was quite comfortable. The location of the hotel and surrounding area was pretty sketchy. People were gathered in the lobby and near the hotel entrance. But the room was quiet and cold, just the way I like it.

Virginia did a great job with the breakfast everyday and kept that place spotless. The Krisha was so nice and took time to help us fax something needed for our house purchase. All the staff was very nice.
