「I was super disappointed. If you’re booking based off photos, do NOT book here. The hotel is nothing like what is photographed and was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtains, our door barely shut, and I felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe. I’m pretty sure this room was the “go to” room for guests staying here. It was very rundown.」

「They did not refill the soap or shampoo in the shower. I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. The pit 10 sheets of toilet paper in the Kleenex box instead of putting a new box in, who does that??? The TV didn’t work in our room. Wa really disappointed considering what we paid to stay there.」

「The facility is impeccably clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. Family-friendly and staff are consistently friendly and professional in addressing all requests. We look forward to returning in the near future.」

「I thought the 3 to 11 front desk clerk was very helpful and resourceful. The maintenance man was prompt and willing to assist in making our stay more relaxed and memorable. The cleaning supervisor was not helpful and did not keep her word. I would like to have enough towels in my room for my family in the future.」
