"This was our first time going to the Yuen Sapporo hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The location isn’t too far from the underground pathways as well! We loved how there was a convenience store right next to the hotel."

"Prime location"

"The Hotel MyStay Aspen is just a 3 minute walk from Sapporo Station. They use a QR code system if you want to check your bags with the front desk, but they stay in an open area of the lobby next to the desk. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds a bit hard. We did get two pillows per bed, including one neck pillow. The rooms are basic with a small refrigerator and closet. The breakfast buffet is worth the ~2,000 yen cost. Good variety, champagne and wine included. Inside the restaurant they only have drip coffee, but just outside by the exit, there is a machine that grinds and brews better coffee. "

"The location is superb! We loved to be able to walk around the area and find everything that we needed from shops to restaurants to many bus stops. The staff was amazing, very well trained in hospitality!"

"It is very close to Sapporo Station which is convenient for coming in and out of the city from Chitose Airport and commuting around the city. The property is clean with a more than sufficient amenities. The only problem I had was the smell of diesel on the 1st and 2nd floor, which was off-putting."
