"Amazing stay at a very clean, pleasant and convenient location. The staff were quite friendly and professional. All encounters with the staff demonstrated a pleasant interaction and staff happy to answer questions and assist. The room was immaculate with plenty of amenities. The breakfast was amazing. Ultimately our stay was so pleasant we are returning to stay on our return trip. "

"Our favorite hotel in Sapporo! Room: We booked the Classy King room for 2 people and it was spacious and clean! We were very happy with the amenities and features in the room. Lounge: Classy rooms include access to their lounge which has coffee/tea and desserts throughout the day. It's a good space to relax or catch on up some work. Dining: The salmon flakes set was delicious and breakfast buffet was tasty with a wide array of fresh food. Location: The hotel is directly attached to Sapporo Station near exit 9, very convenient during the winter when it's too cold to walk outside."
