We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The beds were comfortable and room very clean. Staff were lovely. The hotel provides access to tea/coffee and bathroom amenities at the front desk and so you always have everything that you need. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Odori Park and the train station which makes it very convenient. An excellent stay.

After COVID still rocks

This is my second time to stay with Richmond Sapporo Ekimae, amazingly they do satisfied my needs during family trip. Moreover, they even check with your vehicle qualification for parking service in advanced without any incident happen upon arrival. Even the front office intern whom did a superb hospitality for introducing hotel service, simply lovely and for sure will be back for another stay.

It was worth adding 'breakfast' at the cozy restaurant "Hanabi" at the hotel. The good memory created by the the tasty local food, nice Jazz music and the excellent customer service in the privacy respected atmosphere. The laundry facility and 24 hr human reception available, was a plus. The room was good. Only down size of the quality is the air quality. The air in the room minus was not stable quality; it was too humid to survive during stay although air conditioner was on.

Friendly staff clean room

The hotel is within 8 mins to Sapporo station. One very convenient way is to walk through the underpass at exit no.22 if need elevator can go via no.23 up ahead. It was connected all the way to subway station which is good when the weather is too cold to walk outside. The hotel is clean and just nice to open our luggage in the triple sharing room with 3 single bed, but one bed is smaller than the single bed. The front desk staff is very friendly and patiently answer my questions even though they speak little English, they use apps to translate.

Good location, nice staff

Location is good which is about 7 mins walk from Sapporo station. Staff are nice and they offer free amenities at the reception. Room is general good, comfortable but the toilet is a bit smelly. You have to arrange the cleaning day by day thru your TV. We stayed 6 nights there, after they cleaned on 3rd day, the bed sheet was with some dirt and seems that they won’t change it. Anyway, we slept well and worth money.
