My husband was not feeling well after our 2nd day and the hotel reacted promptly by providing transport and a hotel representative to get medicine. 2 thumbs up for excellent service esp the receptionist names Quinn

There was no hot water in the shower in our room. After swimming in the pool, I went up to our room to shower, and even after 10 minutes of running the water, it never got hot. I even switched the direction of the handle, and nope, the water only switched between freezing cold and cold. I called the front desk, and housekeeping went up to the room, but said "it will take too long to fix, we'll do it tomorrow." the next day, I checked out, and the employee was Thuy, who never smiled or asked how my stay was. When I brought up the hot water issue, she just repeatedly asked if we had informed them. No apology, no customer service. Later, I was told by an employee that the handle was turned the wrong way, as if I wasn't intelligent enough to know how to use the shower. I informed him that I tried the handle both ways, and it never got hot (again, even after 10-15 minutes). Terrible customer service, and don't even get me started on the awful spa. Super rude customer service there as well, constantly pressuring me to change the type of massage I booked, and very lackluster massage. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The pictures don't lie - Mia Saigon is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, and they go the extra mile; it was our 20th wedding anniversary and we arrived to cake, flowers and a 'happy anniversary' sign and card. Special mention goes to Cam for making it so special. The rooms and balconies are spacious, and the bathroom just fantastic. The free boat into the centre of the city is a great service and worth doing just for a different perspective. Our only regret is that we weren't there for longer!
