The resort property was outstanding. We booked a club king ocean view and were upgraded to a one bedroom condo nearest the sea. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We had breakfast at a different restaurant each day and it was the most spectacular breakfast in terms of variety and quality. There were always chairs available by the pools or the sea. The fitness centre had its own pool with lane, as did the Regency Club. The spa was gorgeous and they gave me tea to start and end. The treatment rooms all had a private change room/shower/bathroom. The Regency Club had a great happy hour, plus we could use it all day for drinks and snacks. By far my favourite resort.

The residence rooms are dated with no streaming TVs and pretty much unwatchable. You hear the upstairs neighbors everytime they move a chair. Which is annoying. Easily fixed with some felt on the legs. I may opt for a different room if given the chance but the resort was so beautifully maintained and staff over the top kind. Oh- western prices on everything. Dont expect a deal on food or drinks.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast was excellent. 30 minutes from ho ian. We stay at the villa an it was very spacious we used grab for transportation.
