"This La Siesta in Hoi An has everything you could ever want. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were special guests. We stayed at the resort three nights. My favorites at La Siesta Hoi An: 1. Customer service 2. Bed 3. At least three pools including an adult only pool 4. Daily breakfast was good and plentiful 5. Bars serves good drinks 6. Hotel is far enough away from city center to be pretty quiet. 7. Small store next door 8. Off-site laundry across the street."

"Breakfast was great. Good location, just across the beach; very near restaurants, stores, and landmarks etc. Great breakfast buffet! Nice rooftop pool which the kods enjoyed. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Availed of the free shuttle to the airport also. Hassle-free with the arrangements. I just don’t like the motion-sensor lights in the hallways. I know it is energy-saving but it gives the hotel an eerie atmosphere especially it is not a modern-looking one. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel!"

"The room is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff were very helpful to your needs and concerns. My wife was not felling good the morning of our check out and the front desk was very accommodating to my wife’s need. Very excellent customer service. "We stayed at the Novotel Danang Premier Han River for one night, and the highlight of our stay was watching the fireworks from the rooftop Sky36 bar. We’re from Vancouver, so experiencing something like that was incredibly special and honestly one of the coolest parts of our trip. Staying at the hotel made it so convenient to enjoy the show without having to deal with the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The property itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations. Our shower curtain was noticeably dirty, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were extremely kind and quick to offer a solution. We ultimately decided not to pursue it since we were only staying one night, but we really appreciated how seriously they took our concern and their willingness to make things right. As a larger hotel, don’t expect the same personalized hospitality you might find at some of Vietnam’s boutique hotels, but the staff were still friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the rooftop fireworks experience alone made our stay memorable, and the hotel’s location and convenience were major advantages."
