We enjoyed our stay at Harmony hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They made sure our stay will be pleasant. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the rooms are not soundproof and that was a big thing for us because we were with our baby.

Great location with very friendly staff. The hotel is currently under construction in some areas but still was very functional. Very close to everything Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. I would highly recommend this budget friendly hotel. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and the afternoon tea time (also included) was a very unique experience.

This hotel was located in the perfect location for us to walk to the market and get picked up for a tour. The staff were also outstanding and incredibly accommodating. We received an upgrade when we returned for our final night and darted on the upper floor that had a balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi (as well as an indoor one), it was amazing to be it a bath outside looking up at the sky our last night in Saigon!

Hotel was good however it’s non refundable so when our plans changed an only needed one night instead of 3 we got no money back, however we did ask them for a late check out and they managed to get that sorted but with a bit of a huff. However all in all good place to stay.

My experience of staying in Harmony is fantastic this time. Every hotel staff is so friendly. Especially, the sales manager Patrick has always been helping us with with different ideas and solutions. He’s great. There are so many choices on the breakfast buffet table. When we have the breakfast, we can always. Enjoy the wonderful top floor sky view. On this occasion we were not advised that the restaurant would not be available for dinner due to a child’s birthday party. We ordered room service which was ok except the room is not set up for dining purposes. So that was a total failure.

I like it because it close to cop mart store and local market Thai Bình. I don’t like how they treat me. First not giving me the room I booked and paid for online. Very inconvenient back and forward changing room. They then give me voucher for foot massage but when I go there the foot massage room have no air condition. I end up not using the voucher. I will never go back to this hotel again. I go to the one beside it called Eden hotel, more nice and clean.

excellent service

excellent service provided by the staff. while he was helping to carry my luggage into the hotel, the handle of my luggage broken due to my luggage is quite heavy. he immediately apologise to me but i know it is not his fault and he offered me to bring my broken luggage to replace the handle. he return my luggage within 30 minutes. i am very surprised. i wanted to pay him for the replacement cost but at first he refused. finally i able to convince him to accept the replacement cost. quite a honest young guy. kudos to his services.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et a l’écoute de nos besoins. Il y avait de l’eau qui s’accumulait sur le plancher lorsqu’on prenait notre douche et on nous a offert une chambre de catégorie supérieure… c’était une très belle et grande chambre. Le buffet déjeuner est excellent et le restaurant est au douzième étage, c’est magnifique!
