「Room privacy concern during stay. I noticed my phone charger was taken from my room one night. I alerted the front desk, and although they returned the charger later that day and offered a discount, they provided zero explanation for why housekeeping took it in the first place. I appreciate the partial refund, but the lack of transparency about personal belongings being moved or taken is concerning.」
