「Unusual hotel stay but overall worked out well. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they were often not at the reception desk. Didn’t need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. Each time, we went to the lobby to get our answer. Fwiw, there are no safes in the rooms (“We don’t have safes because we’re not a hotel. And since no one enters your room but you, nothing will be stolen.” First,...

「Very nice downtown hotel. Had to pay $35 per night for parking. Have to purchase breakfast. Nice people. Comfortable room and bed. Still quite nice.」

「The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!」

We arrived and our sheets had old stains and new stains (hard to the touch..), the floors were incredibly dirty, there was dirt build up in every corner of the hallways and rooms. We got switched to a new room after we informed them of the bedding situation but after walking in that room there were flies, dirty floors and the patio had cigarette buds on the ground.
