「The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again.」

Staffs I talked to from front desk, maintenance manager, general manger are all super friendly, kind, efficient and most importantly care about the guest experience. 「House was great besides it could use new carpet in the hallways very bunchy. Besides that room was great.」

「Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking.」
