"Staff is absolutely wonderful! Property very well kept , rooms, pool, bars, walking areas. Italian restaurant was very good. Seaside was terrible despite the great adjancency to beach . Call out to Charlie at the Beach bar, Dario inside restaurants. no problems with getting seats or towels. "

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. Other than that the hotel is amazing, food options was great and not all but some of the staff was exceptional!!"

"It’s a good Resort, many activities and food was also good. Down side, we were a group of 10 and we had problems with 3 rooms. Problems with the door, A/C in all of them and mold smell. We eat in the Steakhouse that it’s by reservation and the service was really bad. Food was not what we order so it took us forever to eat, employees didn’t seem happy and no appoligies about anything. In the other hand, we ate in the Sensei rest. and it was the best experience and amazing food. "
