「Well I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? Expedia or the hotel .so the 5 starts rating is not for Retaj...

「The room was clean and tidy including the bathroom. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The distance to the premises of the Kaaba was reasonable. The price was really good/cheap. The only thing i don't like is the location on hill, but, they always are one call away to get you to/bring you back from the haram. I highly recommend this 」

I stayed at this hotel for an umrah trip and took taxis around to be dropped off closer to the haram and the process of booking was very easy and it was very affordable. The hotel isn’t too far from the haram, sound 10-15 mins. 」
