"We booked the hotel and it clearly stated free shuttle service to the Haram. However, when we go there, we were told that the shuttle service had stopped the day before. Although the price was good, we would not have booked had we known that there was no shuttle service. Not having a free shuttle service increases the cost of staying there as you need to pay for a taxi etc."

"Novotel in the uk was never appealing to me, I always saw it as a rubbish budget hotel. That is until I stayed in Novotel Makkah. Firstly just the aesthetics alone are luxury. Never would you associate this type of hotel with basic or budget. I could not believe Novotel could have these types of hotels like the 1 in Makkah. The food is something spectacular but what makes this hotel the best I’ve ever stayed in, in my 40mins of life was the staff. I cannot be more grateful and humbled by the generosity, kindness and attention to detail that the staff "
