「Amazing stay. Staff were very professional and friendly. I felt very welcomed and safe. Transfer from hotel to down hill and back was so smooth and available 24/7 which made tranportation incredible easy. Beds were comfortable and a/c very well working. I would come again anytime!」

「We had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay — always friendly and responsive.
