「The hotel said they hadn't received Expedia's payment and made me make a second payment upon arrival. The following day they acknowledged receipt of Expedia's payment and said I would be refunded my payment within 21 days. It is now 38 days and I've received no refund. The breakfast was recycled from the previous days' uneaten food.」

「We booked two suites not regular rooms and they said parking is full.! I think they have a short in staff, service is too slow.. bus driver is very rude」

「Rooms are clean, outdated, needs renovation especially the bathrooms. Location is great to the Haram. It has two doors; one to the mall and the other to Ajyad street which is very convenient if you want to take a taxi anywhere. There is a Musallah by the front door which is very convenient if you’re late for prayer and it’s not that crowded. Breakfast is very good and plenty of variety. I loved the egg and fool station, people are very nice and helpful. Definitely I’ll be here if I go back. 」

「Excellent accommodation, friendly staff from the outdoor entrance, reception and bellmen. Close proximety to Haram, loads of shops near by, rooms connected to Haram Audio systems and mosque on last floor. Many thanks to Mr Anas & Mr. Selaim at reception. Highly recommeneddd」
