"Great staff and the location was perfect."

"Located in the clock tower everyone warned it would take a long time to get in and out of the hotel. It actually wasnt too bad. The hotel itself was clean and the views from breakfast were stunning. Our first room a standard Haram view room was of a decent size for a family of 4 with a double and 2 singles. The bathroom was adequate size, and the showers were powerful and hot. The staff were helpful particularly Abdullah and a lady who helped us when we had a problem with our bathroom door when we got stuck inside and the handle came off...resulting in a room upgrade to a suite which was also lovely. Breakfast was fresh with fair options, the waiter bought is fresh omelettes from the kitchen made as requested, with fresh parathas and a kadak tea option. Overall a pleasent stay. "

"The rooms were amazing. They were clean and very well maintained. I saw people constantly cleaning and employees always asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was plentiful. They had ample food and there was never a shortage of staff to clear our plates and cups. My suggestion would be that during breakfast the food should be warmer. It’s usually lukewarm at best. Also more water stations. The breakfast area is very large and to get a refill of water was troublesome. The only water was at the juice station. "
