Saja Tower 2 - Zachariya

The reception and office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not get through to Housekeeping whenever we tried. We had to go down to the reception to request whatever we needed The restaurant staff were also very courteous and helpful. The other negative was the walking distance from where the shuttle used to drop us till the Haram

We spend there four nights during mid April 2025. The place is amazing, the staffs are great. Special shout out goes to the maintenance crews: Satter Ali, Anisur Rahman and Md Syful Islam for their hard work and dedication. I will recommend this place for staying in Makkah specially families with kids.

Amazing staff, great view of clock tower , extremely clean and very good amenities. If you are looking at one stop away via shuttle bus with not too much rush near haram waiting for lifts this is the place to book. Royal suite best option with kids.
