「Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was very good for a buffet breakfast. Rooms are very spacious. You can tell the hotel is relatively new and well kept up. Would definitely recommend 」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「Every time we go to Barrie, we stay at the Fairfield hotel. It is very clean, we like the breakfast options, the service is great. And in a great location. I wish they still had the hot tub, but the pool was actually nice & warm. 」
