"For the price this place is PERFECT. The shower and Bed were of great quality and the homeowner was supper attentive and communicated throughout my stay. So if you're looking for something not so expensive and of great value this is the place to go."

"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"The owners are great and the house is super clean and well kept. The only issues I had was the street lights facing the master bedroom don’t let you really sleep well and there’s no hot water in the shower."
