「I got to the hotel gave them my name and I was told that they didn’t have any booking for me I waited at the desk for over an hour I got upset and left. I returned back after getting the confirmation confirming my reservations and the manager then stated that they had a late check out and she would have to clean the room to get me checked in. I was then told that they could only accommodate me with one night stay when I booked for two nights. The next morning as I was checking out the manager...

「Our room was beautiful. We were not happy with view on first floor, as soon as possible they moved us to the fifth. It was great. That was our only problem. The entire staff, from front door, front desk, housekeeping and beach; everyone was helpful and very friendly. It was our 50th anniversary, and they made it extra special.」

「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」
