The room was unbelievably humid despite the ac being very cold. My assumption was it isn’t sized properly. Like I live in Florida so I understand humid environments. All our stuff was so damp just from being in the room. Wouldn’t take my Amex even though they take them and just said it’s my problem. Was very nice overall but for the money go to Atlantis!

The bathroom showers have mold everywhere. There are noises through the vents and will kep you up at night. The televisions are very pixelating and often have no signal. Overpriced restaurants. I would not return there. Its a historical building and should be better treated.

The architecture was pretty impressive. It's a beautiful property inside and out. Staff was very friendly. Would be nice if it were all-inclusive. There's also an additive charge once checking in, which I wasn't a fan of. Otherwise, a very good stay, for celebrating my girlfriend's birthday.

The property is gorgeous. The private beach is small but it is a paradise. The food at the hotel restaurants was delicious. The staff was excellent. We had an ocean view king suite. We didnt like that the couch didn’t lock when you sat on it so it kept sliding into the pull out bed. The closet door wouldnt fully shut and there was a window in there with no curtain. And the shower is tiny! But the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The property is excellent, very cleaned, and well maintained. The front desk receptionists were very helpful. But the staff in the hotel restaurant was not so friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Room was very small and quite loud being on 2nd floor in front by parking lot. Room was decorated nicely. Bathroom was very small and zero counter space or space to put any of your belongings. No shower curtain which looks great but makes wet mess of bathroom no matter how careful you are. Large soft bath towels, robes and slipper provided. Pools were lovely and food was great.
