This was our first Sandels vacation to celebrate our 26th. We have no complaints honestly. The place was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The bartenders down at the Westside Party pool fabulous. T-Money and Easy K were our favorites. The food we thought pretty good compared to our all inclusive in Mexico!! In our opinion, we recommend visiting here. Thank you for the memories.

First time at this property. Room was great, very spacious and clean. Nice amentias in the room. the fridge stocked with soft drinks, juice, beer and wine. Ocean view. Down side is there is a door stop right next to closet door that sticks up out of the floor. I tripped and fell first thing and had a huge bruise on my hip. Restaurant service varied from excellent to so/so. First night ate at Gordons over the Water, 30 minute wait, ok, Seated, drink order taken, appetizer order and entree's. Waited for almost an hour for the entree, no service check or explanation on wait. Breakfast is buffet except for the French restaurant; all the others did offer eggs cooked to order. Husband loved the Sushi restaurant, our favorites were the Chop House and the French restaurant, the Italian was good as well. The property is showing signs of age in several areas and could really use a refresh. Our welcome tour of the property was very short and others that checked in after us got more in-depth tours. The ladies room closet to the Piano Bar was out of commission the entire week. Impossible to get chairs with umbrella on the beach unless you staked it out before 8am as 95% of them were taken by guests with Butler/concierge services who reserved them. Half the time the reserved spots no one showed up. The included transportation to/from airport was a bonus and pre-arranged which was nice. We left property 2x. The sunset cruise was a little disappointment, the Pirate Rum Tour was great.

Our stay was okay overall. The hotel itself was decent and had everything we needed, but the experience was a bit inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to provide great service, while others seemed uninterested and not particularly welcoming. The room was comfortable enough, although the bed was not as nice as I would have expected in a 5 star - it was quite hard and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the mixed level of service made it difficult to know what to expect from day to day. With more consistency in customer service, this could be a much better experience. Not a bad stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The staff was a 10 out of 10 top-tier service. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I can’t rave enough about the place. The property itself is just absolutely stunning and very clean. The food was wonderful there is no complaints. We will definitely be rebooking with sandals or beaches.
