There are pros and cons of this resort. Pros: For the price, it was a good deal. Service was usually very good. Beach was nice and very close. Things to see and do and being next door to Baha Mar casino was neat. Cons: It is a dated and run down. Many small repairs were needed like our bathroom exhaust did not work. Hot tub jets were not functioning. There are others but will spare listing them all. I also stepped on a drywall screw while transitioning from resort to the beach (next to where you wash your feet) which drew blood and hurt like Hell.

Served the same dishes each day. Food was always cold. Room began leaking from the ceiling in the morning. By evening the leak had not been repaired and towels were still on the floor. I did not want to change rooms as I was checking out the next day. Umbrellas at the pool are too small and did not provide any shade from the sun.

Never again! Talk about false advertising.. the pics on line make the place look far better! This place is dirty, the food is the same everyday and not very good. The employees hardly greet you at all, and many times we waited on ourselves for drinks, utensils etc. The main pool lady was also an absolute jerk! We stayed 7 days and met a lot of people that said exactly the same thing as above. It's the first time my Husband and I were ready to go home. There are not even cups for water in your room, let alone a coffee pot or fridge. If you are looking to relax, keep searching because there is one pool and loud music is played all day long. Then if you call it an early night, the music keeps playing all night long so unless you bring a sound machine, you will be kept awake. They also have the cruise ships come in and they pay to spend the day at the "resort". This means that you will be sharing a space in the drink line where you've actually paid to stay and wait for a drink. Families can also pay for a day and bring their kids to an "adults only" resort.. worst all inclusive we've ever been to and will never return.

Room was very outdated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There were pubic hairs in the shower and bathroom floor when we arrived. They only have a total of 17 lounge chair cushions in the entire resort. The staff was very friendly, except the lady handing out towels out by the pool, she was very unfriendly and irritable the entire time we were there.

The hotel is very outdated and service is disorganized. The rooms weren't clean and it was so difficult to check in because our room wasn't ready for hours and then they gave us a room with a king bed even though my reservation confirmation stated we wanted two queens.

The location of the resort is great with a wide and long white-sandy beach. There were plenty of beach chairs but a little more difficult to find a chair by the pool. The resort is older but still nice. Food at the restaurant was ok and service is slow (island time). Thursday night buffet was excellent, but that was only on Thursday.

Breakfast is sometimes served cold, and the hotel doesn’t provide fresh coffee or hot drinks. Everything is prepared on machines. The customer service is inconsistent, and the shower doesn’t have hot water in the morning.

Room- my friends room had a wet floor and they doing do anything about it until the third day when we insisted they change the room. The activities were non existent- for example, it said pool volleyball would be played at 11:30. Not once was pool volleyball ever played. They said beach volleyball would be played at 3:30. It was only offered one of the five days we were there. The nighttime entertainment was a gentleman who actually sang very well, but did the same playlist every night. The food was pretty good. But the other three restaurants that you could eat from or horrible! And the service everywhere was horrible. The people were very nice! Except for the lady at the front desk that brushed off the wet room instance.

Room was nice and clean, resort could be amazing! Thing that need improvement is the dinning for dinner, it’s straight chaos and even when you do get a spot the process from ordering to food to long. I also think there’s should be multiple restaurants open. Another thing that could make them a 5 star is bringing back the water activities or at least offering them. Also a coffee and ice cream place would be amazing. Most of the staff are amazing and cheerful, but a few look and act miserable and are not friendly. I will return but I’m hoping they take the resort to the next level. So much potential.

The resort is older, but, Staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, Rooms are clean, resort is clean, beach is cleaned daily. Pools are kept clean. Food is delicious. Would definitely go back. Met a lot of people on the resort that have been back multiple times due to the food and staff. also due to the interactive games that are put on.

No utensils no water- basically had to go to waiter area, and get it, if they see you getting your own, they’ll continue to let you service yourself. Dirty restaurant- they don’t take empty plates away from table, no hand sanitizer anywhere.
