「Staff were terrific. Unfortunately, the hotel is located next to a very busy, noisy road.」

「television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return」

「Good base location. Pretty hotel lobby. Best part was the private beach. Nice little beach, with water pedal bikes you can borrow. Saw sea turtles and cool fish while on the bikes. the only complaint is that more chairs/umbrellas should be made available, even if for sale, we could never find any. Our room phone did not work and was never fixed and there was a weird fishy smell on our side of the hotel (it was not us lol), had to keep the windows open to air it out.」

「Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.」

「We got multiple bug bites when we were there and there wasn’t anywhere within walking distance to get a cup of coffee or a bite to eat」

「Amazing onsite restaurant options! Friendly staff. Such a laid back vibe for our family. The pool had 2 water slides that was all the kids really needed! A really great alternative to a large resort to experience the Bahamas in a relaxing environment. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) loved it!」

「Really helpful staff. Great free coffee. Little water in room. Great A/C and comfy bed. Big minus was pool being out of action, not told and we planned on using that for a day. Also quite far from town center but handy for airport. 」

「Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. 」

「I can’t say enough nice things about it… To be honest, I’m still here. I extended my stay for a couple of days because I did not want to leave. It just feels too nice to be here!」
