「Parking was easy. Staff on Sunday helpful, staff on Monday not helpful. Breakfast provided very scant. Bathroom not clean.」

「So when booking you need to be aware that all of these facilities are owned by individual people and only certain buildings have a pool or beach access. Choosing a regular hotel type room puts you by a golf course with no pool and the beach five miles away. You have to choose a one or more bedroom property to have beach right out front and a pool. There are no restaurants or bars during the off season but they do offer a breakfast for $14 per person. You really need to do your research...

「The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also...

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」
