「Bartender was exceptionally nice」

「I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Inn On the Lakes! I stayed for the weekend while visiting family, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the lake view was absolutely beautiful, and every single staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. What really set this hotel apart was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally left my Kindle behind after checking out, and Sophie called me right away to let me know....

「It all started when I got to my room. The walls are very thin. Including the entrance door into/out of the room. The neighbor was raising his voice ( possible praying ). Then at night Could hear neighbor snoring. Then further into night, a bug on my arm—at this point I woke up to ck the whole bed for bed bugs—thankfully none! The breakfast buffet was quite not crowded. Food was mehhh. But the cinnamon rolls warm n tasty. Would I stay here again. Probably only if needed for travel.」

「Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. The only thing I may complain is the air conditioner - it works well with no doubt,...

I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning.
