「Everything wonderful 」

「We were headed back to Orlando to fly home from vacation in the Keys. We were tired and needed a place to stay 1 night. Wish we could've stayed longer!! What a beautiful gem of a hotel! 「Staffs are all very friendly & helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet place. Complementary breakfast is good enough to me - I stayed two days and they did offer some different choices, not many though. No refrigerator in room which is not convenient, but with ice machine at each floor so I'm okay with that eventually. Restaurant, convenient stores are nearby. Overall this is a nice place to stay. I stayed for just one night and checked out the next morning. However, right after returning my room key and getting into my car to leave, a male staff member suddenly knocked on my window and arrogantly asked if I still had a room. 「The room was clean and fresh. There’s a small bar area with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The bathroom had complimentary Dove brand pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand wash. Bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of storage in case you need it. There was a bar downstairs but we didn’t try it. We were late for breakfast and there wasn’t much left at 9:45 when we got there. They had a pancake machine that was pretty cool but...

「I had a wonderful stay at the Plaza Travel Inn. The air-conditioning worked great (which is so important in Florida), and the room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. Parking was easy and conveniently located right nearby, which made everything that much smoother. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. I will absolutely be staying here again and would happily recommend it to others. 」

「This is definitely a historic hotel. Unfortunately, the shower head had black mold and it was leaking pretty badly. The staff did everything in their power to fix the situation. They moved out room over and then decided to move us to a suite. Unless you're about 5 feet tall, there was no getting under that shower head to shower properly. There was Chinese food left in the refrigerator that stink pretty badly. The blanket was not on the bed either. Not such a great experience.」

「i had requested that I receive clean towels as well as emptying the garbages on day 2, of 4, & it was never done. The receptionist had requested this service & staff did not comply. As a result i requested a new room for the remaining 2 nights which they provided for me. They apologized, yet the service was lacking for a Hilton. The breakfast I would have expected some yogurt or fruit & this was not the case. Wawa was my morning choice even though "breakfast" was included. No thank you.」
